How to Get to Eternity Isle Dreamlight Valley: Access Guide

Expanding your horizons in Disney Dreamlight Valley involves discovering new realms, and Eternity Isle stands out as one of the most exciting destinations available. Introduced in the A Rift in Time expansion, this vast territory features fresh biomes, unique story quests, and exclusive companions waiting to be unlocked. Traveling to this island requires fulfilling specific gameplay prerequisites that ensure you are fully prepared for the journey ahead.
Prerequisites for Unlocking Eternity Isle
Before setting sail for Eternity Isle, players must complete a few foundational requirements in the main valley. You need to unlock the Dream Castle and progress far enough to welcome key characters like Merlin, Goofy, Scrooge McDuck, and Mickey Mouse. Completing the main story quests up to the point where the valley's basic regions are accessible ensures that the expansion content triggers seamlessly.
Initiating The Port of Many Worlds Quest
Once the prerequisites are fulfilled, a new quest titled The Port of Many Worlds will automatically become available in your quest log. Head toward the Dream Castle and speak with Merlin to learn about a mysterious portal that has recently opened inside. Following Merlin's guidance leads you to a newly revealed secret chamber located near the top landing of the castle stairs.
Navigating the Starlight Wayfinder and Starlight Port
Inside the castle's hidden passage, you will encounter Jafar, who communicates through a magical hologram to explain the current crisis on Eternity Isle. He instructs you to step through the Starlight Doorway, which transports you directly to the Starlight Port. Here, you will find a ancient vessel ready to carry you across the sea to your new adventure.
Arriving at Eternity Isle and Exploring the Ancient Landing
Boarding the boat at the Starlight Port initiates a cutscene that officially delivers you to the docks of Eternity Isle. Upon arrival in Ancient Landing, you will meet Jafar again to receive your first set of tools and localized story objectives. From this point forward, you can freely fast-travel back and forth between your original valley and Eternity Isle using the world map feature.
